This 10-team tournament is a standard single elimination format and will take place from March 8-11 at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Niagara is the favorite to win this tournament, as he has 5/2 odds to win. The other short odds to win are Iona and Loyola (MD), as each has 11/4 odds to win.

Niagara is the top seed in this tournament and comes into play 18-12 overall and 13-5 in MAAC play. Niagara has won this tournament two times, the last of which came in 2007.

Iona is the No. 4 seed in this tournament as it went 17-13 overall this season and 11-7 in the MAAC. Iona has won this tournament seven times, most of any MAAC school. Their last tournament championship came in 2006.

Loyola is the No. 3 seed in this tournament. Loyola went 21-10 overall this season and 12-6 in the MAAC. Loyola is the defending tournament champion and has won this tournament two times.
