NEW YORK (AP) - San Antonio Spurs forward Stephen Jackson has been fined $25,000 by the NBA for threatening Oklahoma City's Serge Ibaka in a Twitter post. Jackson reportedly posted the message after Ibaka and Los Angeles Lakers forward World Metta Peace got tied up during the fourth quarter of the Thunder's 114-108 victory on Friday night. The post has been deleted and Jackson issued an apology on his Twitter account. The league announced the fine on Sunday night. |
